Good morning Mooks! Well, okay, afternoon, but I got up
rather late so it it is morning to me. Today I am wearing black fingerless gloves, red nail varnish, a short black cardi from New Look, a flowery camisole summer top I found in a sale once, shiny dark denim shorts and sparkly silver and black tights. Oh, and how could I forget? I also have on a necklace with a gold key charm!
The key has its own backstory. It wasn't supposed to go on a necklace; it was tied to a ribbon on some posh perfume I was given as a gift. I fell in love with it and knew it had to become part of my limited jewelrry collection. It is quite sweet, if unashamedly plastic. Here is a lovely close up of it.
The gloves were bought in Claire's, as cliched as that is. I find a lot of stuff in there I like, although it's overpriced and usually buried beneath tons of Camp Rock wrist bands and mounds of fluffy pink bobbles. It isn't my favourite shop in the world, but if you look deep enough there are plenty of hidden gems.
The shorts are quite awesome- they have little four leaf clovers on the buttons! This must mean I'm very lucky :) I'm wearing them over the famous tights, which look like they could belong to a trapeze artist or an exotic prostitute. Or maybe they're just a bit shiny, making my imagination run away with itself as usual!
Unfortunately, I didn't grab a good picture of the top. Never mind. I'm sure I've rambled on enough now, haven't I? I hope you all have a lovely Tuesday!
Love,
Lady Misery (aka Rachel) x

Snow filled summer.
Evenin' Squires. Well, afternoon really but my sense of time has never been too reliable anyway.
Anyway, It's Capulet doing a shiny new post to replace Fiend. (Who I really miss on boards, can I add).
So, let's get down to it then:
That there is a headless me :). I'm really ill (yet again) with a chest infection, and couldn't even manage being in for first period today. So I came home and got in my comfy clothes.
The Cure t-shirt is all ripped to shreds and saftey pinned here, there and everywhere (except you can't see that). It's from Topshop. :)
My lazy shirt was given to me by my dad, since we're roughly the same height. I steal a lot of his shirts and hoodies. Mwhaha.
My tights are probably from primark
I have a pair of pinstripe shorts on, which are from Bay Trading (Which no longer exists)
and my sockies are from topshop. They're the bloody comfiest foot houses ever.
These are my boots:
They are unclean and pretty much done in. The sole has snapped in half, there's a dent on the right boot from when an old punk moshed the hell out of me at a PiL gig, and both of the heels have been worn down, and big chunks are missing from them. I LOVE MY BOOTS. I think they're from international.
Funny thing happened when I awoke this morning to greet the sun. It wasn't there. The trees were capped with snow instead, and a blanket of white was hiding the green grass. Sometimes I wonder why my parents chose to bring me up in this backwards town. IT'S SUMMER NOW. There should be no snow! NO SNOW FOR YOU SCOTLAND! It made me do this:
Anyway, I'll stop now :) haha.
Until next time
Capulet Xx.

an aenigmatic apparition [fill-in post]
Ciao peeps. As we're a few posts short, our lovely Candy has kindly allowed me to be a kind of guest-contributor. After seeing my taste in clothing however, you may want to change the password...
Please ignore the mess in this picture. I've just come back from uni for Easter: however, I came back via Athens, which was a right laugh but it means that I'm still a little time-zone confused. I went from GMT to GMT+2 to BST. No, I don't know what's going on either. The short and short of it is I haven't unpacked, so excuse the chaos.
I'm wearing what's known as my Courtney Love dress, in that it's white and lacy and because I'm wearing it, usually filthy and grungey. Amazingly, it's from New Look, and I was not expecting to find something like this there, especially not for £20. To make it a little less girly (my boy-thing described it earlier as 'designed for girls - not people like you'. Charming, I know) I'm wearing it with black leggings and a black t-shirt. I don't think you can see, but it's a very geeky shirt - it has a picture of the Phaistos disk on it. I bought it in the Archaeological Museum in Athens (yes, I am somewhat obsessed with my recent holiday, why do you ask?) and my best friend wouldn't stop teasing me about what a nerd I am. He then bought a t-shirt with the entire Hippocratic Oath on it in Ancient Greek. You can guess what I did to him.
Speaking of Courtney Love, I'm going to see Hole in about 6 weeks with aforementioned-Ancient-Greek-t-shirt-wearing friend, so I may have to wear this then. Not the hat, though. You can't see it very well, but it's a sort of lacey trilby, and I kind of love it. Somewhat ridiculous, but kind of awesome. I'm also wearing my usual sortment of things around my wrists (leather cuff on one, leather thongs, gummy bracelets, studded bits of leather etc. round the other) and my usual copious quantities of eyeliner.
I have stunning amounts of work to do, but rather than write an essay on Antigone or translate Suetonius or read about Xenophon, I'm going to watch copious amounts of Oz (don't think Dorothy. Think brutal prison drama) and read Simone de Beauvoir. I'm going to see Does It Offend You, Yeah? in a couple of weeks, so I'm devotedly listening to their new album and tonight I plan to drink copious quantities of Jack Daniel's and watch the Wire. So between all that culture, there's no time really for anything else ^_^
Just to finish you off, here's a picture of the Parthenon:

Spring Forward!
Afternoon, mooks! I think. Can't be too sure, all the clocks in my house say different times, and it's a little disorientating. But it's really sunny out and I have two weeks holidays and just generally...YAY! My clothes are kind of spring-like too to match my mood. I got some new clothes for the first time in ages last weekend...
These shorts are from River Island. They're the first thing I've ever owned from there, I don't usually see anything I like when I go in - but I fell in love this time. :)
My studded top only cost a fiver in Penney's (the Irish version of Primark) and I got the sunglasses there too for 1.50. Happyhappy! I only realised after buying them that they're the same shades Brody Dalle is wearing in a lot of Spinnerette photos... she's in my subconscious. =P
And my pink Docs... are still my favourite shoes ever.
Today, I'm off to visit my granny & grandad for lunch. Can't wait, my stomach is growling for some nomzzz! Then later I'm going to a gig in town with le boyfriend. :D
Hope you all have a good Sunday! xxx

Dreamcatcher
Sooooo excuse the picture a lot of you have already seen on my blog and stuff, as you know I've been getting better from my operation for a while so I haven't had much chance to dress nicely and take pictures.
Today I am pissed off because I'm apparantly not getting sick pay because I only work 8 hours a week. Why didn't my boss tell me this BEFORE my operation, so I could do some overtime to boost my hours up? I'm pissed off that I should have been getting £180 from the days I've missed recovering from this operation and now I'm getting nothing. I need this money :( Surely it'd be better to pay a member of staff sick pay and find cover for them instead of them coming in, getting ill, having to go home and then having no staff cover at all because it was such short notice? Arrrrrgh. I didn't ask to have a bloody operation. Meh meh meh.
On a more positive note, I went and did some retail therapy to make up for my bad mood on the lack of sick pay, and bought some lace purple and black flowery leggings from Primark, and a £25 jumper from Topshop that I had a voucher for YAY. I'll probs post those next time :) But it was lovely to get away from the house and go out with C, we drove to Southampton and had lunch and it was a really nice day. Then she deafened me with a Glee CD in the car :|
But, on the picture front, I'm wearing a black shirt from Primark for a fiver, lace leggings I got off a girl I work with for free, and knee high stilletoes which were I think about £9 from Matalan :D I loveeeeee the shoes, but I feel very self concious when I wear them, in case people think I'm a bit of a slag. But who cares :D
Love you darlings,
Frank. x

Floral and Bronzed.
Hello world!
Today has been so eventful! I got a spray tan! woot woot. It's a tester for my cousins wedding, I need to make sure that I don't go too dark so this is a good excuse to look nice and bronzed. It was really weird, standing there nakers with a girl spraying me with a cold bronzer, we made awkward conversation :D. The two arms are mine and my friends, I was her colour before the spray. I thought it'd be funny to compare.
Today I'm wearing my new dress from the H&M garden collection today with a ribbon around the waist and gladiator shoes from River Island. My bracelet is also from H&M garden collection. My shoes are the most expensive item at £30, the dress is £8 and the bracelet is like £4?
I went to town with my boss for tea and scones in a cute like cafe whilst we talked about Lush things and what we've been doing since our store has been closed. We're having some really awesome new things ;) I'm not supposed to say anything...
In Uni we've almost finished the film about expirences in Korea. Hopefullly when it's finished I can upload it so all you mooks can watch my time out there.
Love and cwtches to you all!!!!

Fill In [Only Four Days Short Now!]
So since we're five days short [now four] of having the right numbers of posts, I'mma post to fill in and consume up one of those days by direction of Candy :)
To the left is my outfit from a Burlesque night I regularly attend, although this was taken the next day - hence the haggard expression, silly hair and shit makeup.
Anyway.
My dress is from new look; it's one of those jersey and lace ones that are going about right now and that everyone seems to have. I don't mind much, I bought it because I needed something nice to wear under my corsets and it fit the bill pretty well. I had problems finding ones that fit my waist well enough - most of them fit my massive hips well, but end up bagging around my waist. This one was perfect. I think I bought it for about £13 - yay for periodic 20% student discount.
My collar is a massive spiked one, that was given to me by a friend after she decided it wasn't her thing anymore. She used to be really heavily into punk, then changed and gave it to me. I've worn it on stage, when the High School I went to did the Queen musical. Otherwise it just looks too much like an offensive weapon to be worn.
To the right is my corset! Oh how pretty it is! It's the most beautiful and second most expensive piece of clothing that I own. It cost me £100 from a local alt clothing store and I looooooove wearing it. I really need to properly waist train, but working in a clothing store sort of stops me. Wearing it for 10 hours at a time at first is not a good idea.
It's a Vollers corset and is 22" ^^ I'm hoping to train down to 20"
I generally like it because it makes my boobs look massive :3
As opposed to my overbust, which is too big at the boobs and I'm terrified they fall out.
These would be my shoes! Yay for studded shoes. These are also from New Look, although I can't remember how much they cost - they were a Birthday present last year, I wore them to my 18th party. They're so comfy, I like wearing them out because they don't particularly hurt my feet after a long night dancing.
Not really much else to say about my outfit lovely mooks! Look forward to the next post, and glad to say we are one more post closer to having the right amount!

Tis the season for new glasses. [March 25th]
Howdy all,
So first off today we have a photo of me with mah new glasses. They're for driving because I honestly can't read street street signs without them so be glad most of you live outside of Australia. :P
They're my second pair of glasses I ever owned and really went by what the optometrist lady said because I had no real opinion on what style of glasses suited me. I think they're pretty sweet, purple/aubergine on the outside and light green and white stripes on the inside. What do ya'll think, do they suit me? Or was the optometrist lady just trying to get my precious money? (And precious it is! These babies cost like $400! Thank god for private health care we got about half of that back.)
Moving on to today. I had a pretty lazy day, procrastinating from Uni work. I was just wearing my 1950's inspired polka dot dress. It's pretty sweet and is good for these annoyingly hot Autumn days. excuse the lack of make-up or done up hair but I couldn't be bothered at this point in time. My face has been uncharacteristically oily AND dry AND spotty all at once so I've been avoiding touching it or washing it too much. it's possibly from the implanon. I've been quite the moody bitch lately and my hair get's oily really quick too... Maybe it's time to go back to the doctorto discuss an alternative.
Until my next future future post,
farewell!

Naughty Post: 82nd Day of The Year.
Today, I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt because I am ill. That is about the only time when I wear jeans and a t-shirt. Someone remarked about it, and said that they were shocked that I was trousered. Anyway, as you will probably have gleaned by now, this photo is not from today. In fact, many of you may have seen it before, on the 'what are you wearing' thread.
In this picture, I am wearing a kilt from a vintage shop in Brighton. It was a bit overpriced, but I wanted itttt! My top is from Topman, and has a manga style face on it. The cardigan was my mum's until she shrank it in the wash. Now it is miiiiine. It is from whistles, I think. My scarf is from H and M. It is fairly old. I got it for my 18th birthday. Dan mainly wears it now though. I took the photo in the corridor outside my room, because that is where the only rull length mirror is. It reminds me a little bit of Calliope's Halls of Residence, in this picture. The shadow of my glasses makes it look like I have a moustache. :(
Today has been an ill day, and so nothing much has happened apart from self pity, and watching Anime. And a bit of reading. I need to get my ass (and my immune system) into gear if I plan to see the end of the year!!
Goodnight Mooklingtons.

SHOW ME YOUR WAR FACE! [Monday 22nd March]
ROARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello mooks!
I had a lovely weekend hanging out in Whitby and have just written and handed in a horrible horrible essay. But even through the horrible essay there was a smile in my soul. Why? I hear you cry- well yesterday my Rugby team Northampton Saints won the LV Cup, so I thought I'd re-enact that moment for you above. Not flattering I know, but what can I say, passion can be ugly.. Here's a better one.
So therefore today I have been wearing a denim mini, my beloved Saints shirt- and a smile :D
But not the green paint..
See you next time when I will hopefully looking less threatening and have less chins, and no gammy eyes. But no promises.

Sunday night/Monday morning
Greetings!
I'm going to start off by being honest, I'm a little bit pissed at the moment, so if this post ends up being ever so slightly incoherent, or I don't end up making sense then I am very sorry.
After an extensive hunt for my camera's SD card, I've concluded that it's disappeared, so unfortunately I'm posting a picture from earlier this week. It's also my facebook profile picture at the moment, so apologies to any of you that have me added on there who have already seen it. I am wearing:
- Grey Cardigan -Select, as usual
- White Tank Top -New Look
- Generic Black Tights
- Ladybird Skirt -I got this from the Yumi Outlet stall at the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham last year and I adore it. It's labelled as small, but it's actually quite big, so I have to pin it. I don't think it shows though.
On my feet are generic black ballet flats (from Asda!), around my neck are my pink and white Skullcandy Lowrider headphones. My bag, which you can't really see, is from Primark. The day I was wearing this outfit was a good day actually. It was the first time I'd been back to college in nearly 2 months and it was the first sunny/warm day in a long time. Perhaps this explains the somewhat maniacal smile on my face.
Goodnight darlings,
Siobhan (ShuvLove) xo

Where the devil has March gone?
Hello, my beauties! Today feels like it should be a Sunday. It's grey and drizzly and grim outside, and all my housemates are hungover and staggering around the kitchen like zombies, apparently incapable even of making toast. I've run out of milk, have a horrible headache and can't concentrate on anything for more than five minutes at a time. It's one of those days. As a result, today's clothes are somewhat lacking in awesome, so I thought I'd post a picture of what I was wearing yesterday, instead. Not much more awesome, but it's better than the cow-print jimjams I'm currently clad in [the postman likes them, FYI].
Yesterday's outfit ran as follows:
* The same black skirt I've worn at least once before on this blog, which shall henceforth be known as the 'Spiggy skirt' as she has the same one [and looks gorgeous in it, might I add].
* The bizarre 'Japanese heat technology' top from Uniqlo that I got from my mum for Christmas. I've no idea whether its apparently wondrous design does anything for my temperature, but it's a nice colour and goes with most of the other things I wear. Can't complain.
* Some delightfully generic black leggings, which I later had a coffee disaster on and had to change. Boooo.
* My lovely new Converse, bought from Amazon because I hate shoe shopping and can never find anything nice when I go into town. They're grey with black and purple patterns, and I wear them all the time.
* Bling-wise: a necklace of big black beads from Matalan, and a black flower slide from Claire's Accessories. I think I love Claire's a little too much, considering the stock is generally aimed at twelve-year-old girls and the things I like the most seem to be the ones from the 'young Claire's' section. I'm cool, honest.
Not sure what I'm going to do for the rest of the day. My housemates are all gradually drifting off home over the course of the weekend [apart from one, who is hitchhiking to Budapest...as you do...], and my boyfriend's in Birmingham being trained for his new job. Slightly perturbed by this, as they asked him to get rid of his beard before he started, and he apparently did so last night. It's going to take a while to get used to him with a naked chin :( But yes, the housemates are vanishing and I'm going to be in Sheffield for another week or so on my own [to use the library and see The Joy Formidable] so it's going to be very quiet and strange. Perhaps the mice will keep me company.
On that slightly bizarre note, I'm going to go on a quest for milk, and might even go wild and get some crumpets too. Marmitey crumpets = greatest joy in life.

Fashion Disaster
Sorry for being a little late; I was intending to share a fancy dress look with you all and ended up going out earlier than expected. I'm posting after said night out, so anything that makes no sense, blame on too many shots.
Tonight's outfit is for a friends birthday. The theme? Fashion disaster.
I put together a nice tacky look for this. I am wearing a black lace top from Blue Banana, a blue corset top from Dorothy Perkins, black shorts from New Look, leopard print tights from Dorothy Perkins and leopard print shoes from somewhere.
Apperently tacky works for me, as I ended up kissing (and making a date with) a guy I've liked for a little while. He was sporting a sweet Hawaiian shirt tonight. Wish me luck with the new potential guy, Mooks.

Tried to post as late as I could!
Unfortunately, time is running out for me, and I want to get to sleeeeep! So apologies Electro, I don't mean to barge in on your post - just didn't want to miss my post.
I totally forgot about my post this evening, I'm glad I got a picture before I traipsed off to college this morning.
Ignore the stupid pose in the picture and bad quality, my Dad took my SLR to work to lend to someone he works with.
My outfit is really really basic, and cheap. My vest top and my skirt are both from my work and I think cost £5 together with my discount. I'd been waiting for a plain black jersey skirt for ages, and whenever they came in in the delivery, my size always got grabbed first.
My necklace you've seen before in one of my other posts; it's a mahoosive sparkly tusk, that rattles constantly. It's discolouring a bit, which is a shame.
My belt was from a local alt shop called "Cherry Pie Boutique" [Awesome name hmm?] it's pink leopard print, I wear it when I'm having a glam rock day ^^
My tights are to the left [try to ignore the horrible college corridor carpet, it looks like white noise.] Anyway, it's really two pairs, one a leopard pair, the other just plain black. It's a nice effect, I'm always asked where I bought them ^^ Primark for both I think actually.
Other than that, I had on my boots from my last post and my awesome leather jacket. It's sort of a punk style with massive lapels and epaulettes, a cool belt and lots of zips. I bought it in Next while I still worked there and got it for £60 [down from £130] it was the best think about working there frankly.
Anyway, apologies for my slightly unimaginative outfit, hopefully get a better one up next time!

Purpleness! (3/16/10)
So I'm sorry my post's a day early, but I'm in photography class and forgot my camera today (oops...) so have resorted to this. I hope whoever's meant to go today doesn't come after me with a fiery torch or anything. Anyway, here's my makeup today. The usual--although I've not been wearing lipstick recently because my lips are really dry in this horrible weather (so I've just been wearing lots of lip balm. But I thought I'd upload a pic anyway for those who have not yet seen my haircut! Different, eh? My hair's going a bit brown because I need to dye it. And my acne's been flaring up recently so excuse that as well :)
But this isn't a place to rant about my skin problems! So I shall get to the fun part--my outfit! I am wearing the skull tights again. Again (I think I said this about my stripey tights), please don't think I sleep in them or anything, because I don't. This was pure coincidence and they have been washed I assure you :D I was lazy this morning and couldn't be bothered to put my Docs on, so I'm wearing some black plimsoles I got for two pounds in Primark last summer. The laces are made with my curtains, funnily enough. After doing up my room at my dad's house, I had a lot of black satin fabric left over from the curtains, which had to be hemmed. So I figured it shouldn't go to waste, and the shoelaces the plimmies came with were really boring. So yurr.
My skirt is from Kathmandu (favourite shop ever!) in Newcastle, and is by Living Dead Souls. It cost thirty pounds, but I wear it so much it's completely worth it. My best memory of it was wearing it to see the Birthday Massacre. It matches their whole colour scheme because it has little purple stars! Cute.
My top is from Target, which I doubt many of you know. Maybe Calliope does, as she is American. I think I mentioned Target in another post (I got my stripey stockings there!) So I shan't go into detail about how much I love it again. Anyway, the top's purple and the sleeves are a little short on me, but that's okay. Then over the top is a waistcoat from Warehouse that my grandma got me for Christmas about two years ago. I love it!
That's about all for now, folks (and the class is almost over.) So have a lovely mooky day!
Adios!
Immy x

The 14th, dun dun dunnn. Because I can't think of a better title.
Bonjour, fair ladies!
I deserted you on my last day (Bev did a wonderful, wonderful replacement though!) but now, like the Victorian spinster I am, I'm sticking to my duty. Magnifique. I spent this Sunday at my grandmother's. It was ridiculously sunny and I bet my face will be completely utterly freckled by tomorrow. Not that I mind freckles, I love them, I'm just a bit bored with all the Pippi Longstocking comments I've been getting ever since I was three years old.
I took today's photo in my room so you can see my charming boudoir. Excuse me for the terrible expression on my face, I hope it's not too haunting. Ehh. Anyway, my outfit. I'm wearing a stripey black/grey shirt that I bought god-knows-where about two years ago. It's one of my favourite shirts because I can wear it with jeans and make it look grungey and I can tuck it in skirts and pretend it's the girliest shirt ever. The skirt is from H&M (I believe Annis has an identical one) and the belt is from, uh, New Yorker, I think. I used to wear it with baggy jeans during my skater phase in my early teens but now I prefer wearing it with high waisted skirts. I'm also wearing black leggings from Topshop because all my over the knee socks are in the laundry today. Bother.
I couldn't squeeze my shoes in the photo so I snapped another pic of my legs because the shoes I'm wearing are my third favourite pair of shoes after my boots and my brogues. Yes, I have an entire shoe hierarchy figured out. You'll have noticed that I'm wearing one black and one grey sock. That's the result of my being a villain. For some reason, I enjoy making little "mistakes" like wearing two different socks and smiling when people notice. It's odd, I know, but it makes life more interesting.
As you can't really see the jewellery I'm wearing in the first photo, here's a closeup. I'm wearing one of my Mjöllnir pendants, black beads and a charm necklace that I made by using charms from myvintagecharms.com. There's a teapot, a cameo and a kite. Yaaay! Just like Candy, I need comments to validate my existence. Yes.
Over and out,
Spiggy

March 13th - Unlucky for Some...
Hullo there, elves.
This week, my dad has been visiting from France. We spent the first day that he arrived looking up videos on the internet of his old band. He doesn't have the internet in his rural cottage, so it was quite an excitement for him.
I will link you to a clip that some japanese fan has added to the internet. My dad was fairly hot back in the day, although I probably shouldn't say that. He is the singer. Do you think I look like him?
Today, my dad met Dan's parents. We went to their house for dinner, and it was surprisingly not as awkward as I thought it would be. My dad was on his best behaviour, and didn't mention blow-up dolls or anal sex at all!! My outfit is going to be recycled tomorrow as I have to go to a golf club for my... mum's boyfriend's dad's 80th birthday. It has just occurred to me that my skirt may be a bit shorter than is appropriate. Hmm. It is from H&M. So, incidentally is the cardigan I am wearing. I have no idea where the top is from, it is the one I usually wear to sing in choir because we have to wear all black. My tights are actually a pair of black ballet tights, but they are so soft and comfortable, and also durable that I wear them on normal days too. I got them from a discount dance website called Dance Direct, who do amazing tights and stuff. Even if you aren't a dancer, some of the things on there are wearable on normal days, like their tap shoes, with the taps removed... Anyway, I digress. My shoes are OLLLLLLD schuh maryjanes.I shall now throw in a bonus picture of me posing with Dan's cello. It is made of sex. Or wood. Same thing, in my opinion. Fnarr fnarr.
Leave me comments, because they validate my existence. I am nothing without them.
Lots of love, Candy. PO PI PO PI PO - PO PI PO.

The eleventh of the third, oh how quickly it's arrived.
Oh, how the time has flown between this and my last post. But life hasn't been to shabby for me.
Today, my dear followers, I present to thee:
-Green cardi, Matalan
-Justice League t-shirt, Topshop
-Flamingo pendant (again), myvintagecharms.co.uk
-White studded belt, Camden
-Blue sailor skirt, made by my own fair hands
-Vintage-esque suspender belt (not that you can see it, I just love it and though it deserved a mention), ebay
-Purple stockings
-TUK platform heels, attitudeclothing.co.uk
I don't normally wear the platform heels, due to the constant fear that I will trip and break my neck; but thought they deserved a place on this blog. I actually bought them to wear to my prom last year- and I designed and made my dress around them. So I ended up wearing this massive poofy black dress with starry sequins on, it was awesome (if I say so myself).
The green cardi is a new addition, I'm attempting to end up with a rainbow of cardigans, and my mum spotted the nice green one in Matalan and brought it home as a surprise, which was pretty sweet. Anywho, I am off to make a nice big cup of tea before Embarrassing Bodies starts. That show preplexes me quite a bit: you're too ashamed of your problem to go and see your trusted doctor about it, yet you're perfectly fine for your name, face, and bodily problem to be broadcast to thousands on national television. Crazy fools.

Pretend its March 9th :)
That's when I was supposed to post but I was interrupted by metaphorical shit hitting the fan that is my family unit. And then yesterday my interwebz was stolen. So here I am on my Grampa's laptop instead.
OUTFIIIIT.
I took the pics in front of my Nan's biiiiig mirrored wardrobe. Do you like my anorak? I hope so, because it was £65 (!!!) from Fat Face. I'm also wearing a denim mini skirt which I've had for ages. Nothing special.
I got this t-shirt when I went to see The Mighty Boosh live. NABOO! :D He's grown a mustache and now looks like a mini shamanistic Johnny Depp.
OOOOH. Look at the camera skillz here. I wanted to show off my legs. Neon pink footless tights, with knee length purple lace socks. And for a change, Silver Docs. I should start wearing other shoes... (Grampa's shoes in the background ^_^)
And finally my Side Show clips my little brother got me for Christmas from Hobo's which is the shop I mentioned last time, and my liquorish all sorts necklace which love dearly.
I'm quite excited because Ray's back from his trip to France tonight. I've been worried because his back's been playing up which prevented him from dancing at the Folk Festival last weekend. On the downside, it looks like it might be sciatica, on the plus side - he's now a fully converted folky and he even bought a festival hoody. :D
Also, last year an older lady had a bright pink streak in her hair which I complimented. This year she came up to me with a tub of directions flamingo pink - she had remembered!! The folk folk an kind folk.

Shoulda been Monday...
A day late and a dollar short... Story of my life? Well, regardless, here I am. The coat is my friend's. We found it at goodwill for $3. We cut it up later to line the inside of another coat , but I wore it out and to a baseball game first. The dress I bought at goodwill. The western boots are from Sikes and Kohn in Troy, AL. I'm currently on spring break, so I can't really be reached... Truth be told, I took this picture on Friday. My clothes are stuffy today as I had to have my passport remade. Did I mention that I'm going to China this summer? :)
Over... Love, Calliope

Gloomy Sunday
I have to share this with you all. My cat just noticed the full length mirror my Dad put up today and he tried to look behind it to find the other cat. Lol.
Speaking of the mirror, I took this to show you all. I love my outfit today, it's casual but still cute. I bought the top yesterday from Sai Sai in Camden. I jumped up and down when I saw that shop. It's moved and now has two floors and a whole lot more room for wonderful gothic lolita and punk attire. But anyway, this blouse was definitey worth £32.
The skirt was from H&M, I bought it in the January sales for £10 (score!) I needed something to fit over my petticoat, and it does. Although I'm not wearing it in this picture, just a lacey skirt from Tammy. I thought too much poofyness would annoy me if I was just having a lazy day at home eating pocky. Nom. The tights are just plain black from Tesco.
I'm suprised I'm not tired, considering the weekend I've had. My friend suprised me on wednesday by coming round my house with a card. On the inside it said Lady GaGa concert March 5th. I screamed. It was a very good night, even if the seats weren't the best. It was worth it to see Lady GaGa battling a Paparazzo and prancing around in glittery underwear.
Yesterday I went with my family and the same friend to London, and spent the majority of the day in Camden Town checking out the people with amazing hair. I decided I want to get electric blue in my hair... thoughts?
In the evening we went to Tate Modern. I re-affirmed my view on Francis Bacon's work - he is the most inspiring artist in the world. PERIOD.
Anyway I have to go, my Mum is shouting at me, gaahh. Speak later mookys.
