Dia De Los... Tahlia?

Hello my lovelies. I think I was supposed to post on Monday but I've been getting up at 8.30 am and chucking on any old thing to go baby sitting so I thought I'd wait until I'm wearing something nice. I'm feeling very Mexican in this outfit for some reason. It must be the Frida Kahlo inspired flowers. I need more I tell you! I might go on a flower hair clip shopping spree to get more colours and sizes.
Or it's this necklace which makes me feel Mexican. My mum got for her birthday and I kindly "look after". Aren't the Pinata/donky thingies cute! :)

This vest is one I've had since my childhood and never really worn since it's cropped and I think the trend of showing off your tummy died in the ninties. However it can be worn under my purple leopard print pencil skirt! Yay! (Also, the cartoon lady has boobies but my belt censors this.)

These are my footless tights from Blue Banana which I adore and have worn so much there is no crotch left. (I haven't been getting frisky in them, they're just a bit to small so a ladder formed in the crotch area and eventually grew)

Well that's all folks. :) xxx

(Oh yes and I'm not fluent at all in my Mexican so I may have made myself masculine using "Los" in the title?!)

Hello. It's a not so estranged Capulet(t) (That extra t is the current bane of my life. It is not pleasing on the eye at all.) here post mooky meet. So, as it's my turn to post I thought it would be silly not to include this picture, which features the most well dressed bunch of people I have ever had the pleasure to meet! My mum laughed when I showed her the pictures from the meet because she says we all oddly match together. Which is sort of nice.

I suppose I should describe what I was wearing that day then. My tights and dress are both from primark, as is my denium jacket. I found it for £1 in the winter time and recently decided to stud it and add patches on to it (which are on the back)

Look at how scary we are: Grrrr, argh.

Anyway, love always, Capulet. x

Leopard Print Lateness.

Hello ladies! Once again my post is late because my internet allowance has been reduced by a mad man and I'm very forgetful so here's my post from the 3rd.

Alrighty then. This sugar skull top I got from ebay and cut the sleeves into tassels and then cut the shoulders and tied them to make a vest top thingy.

The belt was free in a magazine ^_^ I'm such a little scab.

The leopard print skirt was a charity shop find. I was a bit unsure of it at first but I think it looks okay on me. I tried so hard to deny the leopard print trend when it first emerged but now look at me going all out on it. I blame my love of rockabilly.
And these shoes are second hand off my mum. They are cute and vintage-y, go with most things and have a low heel I can actually walk in.
Bandanna/headscarf thing is from ebay, fake gauged earrings are from a piercing shop in Cardiff. You can't really see them in this pic though and swallow necklace if from Claire's probably.

A little update on me if you want it:
Tonight I am going to see Eclipse in the cinema :/ Not looking forward to it but I'm looking forward to spending time with my girls (and two boys - but they're not mine really.) I'm looking forward to making fun of sharkfootface man though. I might even be one of those shits that shouts stuff out if I'm feeling particularly rebellious.

Oh yeah and it's three days until the mooky meet. SQUEEEEEE!!

HEY HEY HEY GAIZZZZZZ

Please note that in the title I mean 'guys', not 'gays', I only just realised how it looks. Or both, you know. Please do not feel excluded if you are a heterosexual female.

Anywho, here I am today, labelled from the neck down.
*Red scarf, that was my mum's in the eighties.
*Red beads, my Nana's
*Flamingo/teapot necklace
*White long sleeved top, Tesco
*Grey vest, Topshop
*White belt, Camden
*Green skinnies, H&M

Yeah. My birthday was the other day, and it was one of the loveliest days, mainly because my dear Frusciante came round and we watched 500 Days of Summer, a film I've been wanting to see for ages. And there was cake. I love cake.
Until next time, home skillets!

*Creeps in* Hiiiiiiii

Yeah it's Ruby here, you may remember me from posting months ago. I missed my last two I think- pathetic.

So here's a filler for you.
This picture was taken last week in a very nice bar on Canal Street. It had thrones, so naturally I pulled my fiercest poses, despite being covered in sand from the World Cup fake beach and also being rather damp from the traditional Manchester rain.
I am queen of the high street here, rocking:
New York t shirt from H&M
Shorts from New Look
and cover up thingy from Primark, or Primada as I like to call it.
And if you look very closely, you will also be able to gaze apon my St George cross nails, that aren't tacky at all. Honestly.
It's my 19th on Thursday and also the gorgeous Spikeyfaerie's wedding- so I'll like to offer my best wishes to her and her husband to be.
Good luck gorgeous!
I'll try and be more punctual next time, I promise!
Mwah!
xxx
P.S. So psyched for the Mooky Meet it's unreal!
